Fees, Upfront Payments, and Refund Policy You agree to pay all charges for services rendered. Depending on the request and availability, we may require upfront payment prior to service completion. Upfront payments are non-refundable, including in circumstances such as: • delays due to access/conditions, • refusal of service after dispatch, • inability to complete service due to vehicle condition or circumstances beyond our control, • customer cancellation after dispatch or after an upfront payment is collected. Final totals may be confirmed at time of service based on vehicle needs and the service provided. Limitation of Liability / No Responsibility for Damages To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hayes Roadside Service is not responsible for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to: • damage to vehicle components, electronics, or accessories, • tire damage (including tire sidewall or rim damage) or issues arising from tire condition.
